Copies of the policies the pre-school adhere to are available to see in the pre-school office. The policies help us to make sure that the service provided is a high quality one and that being a member of the pre-school is an enjoyable and beneficial experience for each child and her/his parents.
The staff and parents work together to adopt the policies and they all have the opportunity to take part in the annual review of the policies. This review helps us to make sure that the policies are enabling us to provide a quality service for all stakeholders.
It is our intention to make our pre-school accessible to children and families from all sections of the local community.
We aim to ensure that all sections of our community have access to the pre-school through open, fair and clearly communicated procedures.
We are very proud of our pre-school and it is proving very popular, we would love to take all your children but unfortunately our places are limited.
When your child has been offered a place at Kings Hill Pre-School and you the parent have accepted the places offered, you will be required to enclose the following payments with your signed acceptance paper work.
This amount will be deducted from your child/ren's 3rd terms invoice (half terms). However, if your child/ren leave Kings Hill Pre-School before the 3rd term commences, or if you subsequently do not take up the place you have accepted, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Please note, a full terms notice is required, in writing, if your children will be leaving Kings Hill Pre-School.
The current fees are £3.80 per hour payable in advance. Fees must still be paid if children are absent without notice for a short period of time. If your child has to be absent over a long period of time, talk to the Manager Sherri Revell.
For your child to keep her/his place at the pre-school, you must pay the fees.
We are in receipt of nursery education funding for three and four year olds; where funding is not received, then fees apply.
