Welcome to Kings Hill Pre-School

The Pre-School is community based and is managed by a committee of dedicated parents. We offer sessional care for young children between the ages of two and five. Our pre-school aims to:        

• provide high quality care and education for children primarily below statutory school age
• work in partnership with parents to help children to learn and develop
• add to the life and well-being of its local community
• and offer children and their parents a service that promotes equality and values diversity.

what are we doing

• Welcome back everybody to the last term of the year when we will be learning about the season ‘summer’ and holidays.
• We will be flying off on an aeroplane to warmer climates, packing a suitcase,and making a passport.
• The children will be learning about what clothes we should wear in hot weather -hats and sunglasses and what we need to do to make sure we stay healthy in the sunshine - wear sun cream, drink lots of water and stay in the shade.
• We will be going to the seaside (pretend) where we will be having ice creams and donuts and making giant sandcastles with pebbles, shells and flags.
• The last week we will be winding down, ready for our party on the 16th July. More details to follow.
• Do not forget our leavers parents evening on Wednesday 24th June, 7.30pm.
